Production line introduction:
． Extruder: Depending on the material, single-screw, parallel twin-screw and conical twin-screw extruders (exhaust or non-exhaust) are selected.
Screen changing and mold: Hydraulic quick change ensures that the screen changing does not leak material, and the screen changing is fast and effective. The mold can choose different structural forms according to different materials. The hanger-type die is mostly used and adopts a special double-throttle design to make the thickness adjustment of the sheet more precise. Various forms of hydraulic one-way screen changer, two-way screen changer and non-stop dual flow channel screen changer are optional. And it can be equipped with high-efficiency static mixer and melt output metering pump to ensure smooth extrusion of materials.
Three-roller calender: Depending on the thickness of the board (sheet), it can be horizontal, vertical or tilted, and can be lifted in two ways: hydraulic and mechanical. Gap adjustment is convenient to ensure uniform thickness and calendering effect.
Cooling roller bracket: equipped with corresponding cooling guide rollers, the cooling effect is better. It is equipped with an edge trimming device to ensure the width of the board (sheet).
Transverse cutting machine: used for cutting to a fixed length, with cutting accuracy less than 100%. It uses alloy blades or carbide saw blades, and cuts simultaneously with the plate (sheet) material. Ensure board (sheet) material cutting quality and long-term smooth cutting action.
Rewinding device: Generally, soft boards (sheets) with a thickness of less than 3 mm are rolled up by friction. A high-torque motor is used to adjust the speed and tension at will. It can be accurately set with the slitting and automatic speed measuring device. Product width and length required. Designed with special mixing functions and high plasticizing capacity to ensure good plasticization of the rubber and stable high-quality extrusion.
