They have the advantages of durability, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, anti-corrosion, and environmental protection.
There are too many underground obstacles in the directly buried pipe system, which may cause excessive bending. It is required that the rectangular corrugated compensator can only be arranged in the straight pipe section. This form of setting up the compensator on the side of the fixed bracket may cause problems due to The displacement of the pipeline causes uneven transmission of the displacement-absorbing capacity of each node of the corrugated compensator, and the compensation capacity is insufficient. We believe that solving the problem of axial instability of the compensator is not only related to its layout and setting position, but also mainly depends on the performance and quality of the rectangular corrugated compensator itself. The performance of the rectangular corrugated compensator only arranged on the fixed bracket side is the same as that of the rectangular corrugated compensator. The quality requirements should be higher, and the pipeline segment distance should generally be smaller. When selecting, be sure to select a compensator with good guidance and strong anti-instability ability. The design and layout should be based on basic principles and be flexible according to the actual situation of the project. To be treated, practice has proven that, whether it is overhead or directly buried in the trench, as long as the guide structure is well controlled, the corrugated compensator can be set at either position of the two fixed brackets.

The steam directly buried pipeline relies on insulation materials and outer steel pipes. For support or guidance, the directly buried hot water pipes mainly rely on the insulation material to form an integral body and are controlled by the soil and sand layer. This layout method has a good starting point, but in actual application, it is limited by terrain and there are too many overhead pipe system supports, so the layout is difficult.
