The series of flat die feed pellet machines are manufactured using a special process. (2) Working Principle
The small flat die pellet machine is based on mechanical circular motion. The diesel engine and electric motor are used as power to drive the transmission shaft. The transmission gear changes speed to the main shaft and the template, so that the template rubs the pressure wheel and rotates. Under the pressure of the pressurized roller, the material is extruded from the hole of the template, cut by the cutter, and finally rolled out of the discharge port. The large and medium-sized flat die pellet machine is powered by a motor driving a pulley to the gearbox or the motor is directly connected to the gearbox in the gearbox to the pressure roller assembly on the main shaft in the gearbox.
