The series of flat die feed pellet machines are manufactured using a special process. The granules processed by this machine have a smooth surface and moderate hardness, and the granule specifications can be changed and adjusted at will. The internal maturity of feed particles is high, which can not only gelatinize starch, coagulate and denature protein, improve the nutritional quality of feed, facilitate digestion and absorption, but also kill common pathogenic bacteria and parasites. By adjusting the compression ratio of the mold, the granulation temperature can be reduced, and the granulation of low-temperature materials such as feed, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, and biological fertilizer can be produced. The granulation moisture content is about 3, no need to dry, it will cool down naturally.
Structure and working principle of flat die feed pellet machine:
(1) Structure
The series of pellet mills consists of motor (diesel engine), gearbox, main shaft, coupling, mold plate, pressure roller , feed hopper, cutter, and discharge hopper.
(2) Working Principle
The small flat die pellet machine is based on mechanical circular motion. The diesel engine and electric motor are used as power to drive the transmission shaft. The transmission gear changes speed to the main shaft and the template, so that the template rubs the pressure wheel and rotates. Under the pressure of the pressurized roller, the material is extruded from the hole of the template, cut by the cutter, and finally rolled out of the discharge port. The large and medium-sized flat die pellet machine is powered by a motor driving a pulley to the gearbox or the motor is directly connected to the gearbox in the gearbox to the pressure roller assembly on the main shaft in the gearbox. In the pressure roller assembly , under the pressure of the pressure wheel, the material is extruded from the template hole, cut by the cutter, and finally rolled out of the discharge port.
