The rainfall electrical signal obtained by the tipping bucket rainfall sensor is transmitted to the rainfall microcomputer collector. The rainfall microcomputer collector transmits the collected rainfall value to the R digital transmission module through the R3 serial port, and then transmits it to the data center computer.
