Working principle:
Pig manure treatment pumps the manure to the host through a non-blocking slurry pump, and pushes the manure to the front of the host through the extrusion screw auger. The moisture in the material is squeezed out under the action of the side pressure belt filter. The separator continuously pushes the manure to the front of the main machine, and the pressure in front of the main machine continues to increase. When it reaches a certain level, the discharge port is pushed open, and the extrusion port is squeezed out to reach the point of extrusion. For the purpose of discharging materials, the working efficiency and moisture content can be adjusted according to user needs through the counterweight block under the main machine.
