Technical features of double-head internal combustion sleeper bolt wrench

Equipped with sleeve head clutch and bolt (female) automatic ejection mechanism, it can realize continuous tightening operation under normal engine operating speed and greatly improve operating efficiency.

The engine output rotational torque is reversed through the clutch transmission shaft bevel gear reversing reduction mechanism to realize the reversal of the rotational torque. The decelerated torque is transmitted from the connecting shaft to the impact accelerating mechanism with the function of a power storage and accelerating device. Then use the sleeve to loosen and lock the nut on the bolt.
3. Usage and maintenance
Check that all parts of the machine should be in normal condition. Check that the engine (according to the engine manual) should be in normal condition.
Place the shift handle in position (in neutral and turn the engine for a few revolutions to ensure that all parts are well lubricated.
Start the engine to idling for a short time and then adjust the throttle to make the engine run at medium speed.
Place the reversing handle from neutral to the gear you need (forward or reverse). Lift the operating handle and put the sleeve on the sleeper nut. Rotate the clutch handle and pull the clutch to combine with the sleeve and start working as the sleeper nut. When loosening or locking the clutch handle according to the required technical requirements, the clutch automatically resets (that is, the sleeve stops working in the disengaged state, which completes the entire process of loosening or locking a sleeper bolt.
When the work stops, the sleeve stops working. Place the handle in the neutral position, relax the throttle and shut down the engine.
The gear reduction and reversing mechanism should be checked and lubricated every working hour. The booster should be checked for lubricating oil once a month.
When the intensifier is not used for a long time, the lubricating oil should be checked. Scrub clean and apply anti-corrosive grease and store in a ventilated and dry place.
