4. [Registration Conditions]
Those who have more than 3 years of work experience after graduating from a university, or those who have obtained a nationally recognized higher vocational college degree and have more than 3 years of work experience, reaching the same level as those who have graduated from a university. Those with equivalent academic qualifications or those who have obtained a master's degree or a doctoral degree and have more than 10 years of work experience. The main recruitment targets are employees in government and public institutions.
Note: Admissions and application conditions are subject to the latest admissions brochure published by the Graduate School of Chongqing University every year. Applicants’ academic qualifications and degree certificates must be certificates recognized or certified by the Ministry of Education of China. Academic qualifications and degree certificates are fake or lost. Otherwise, the application conditions are not met, resulting in the inability to apply for the national joint examination, and the responsibility lies with the students.
5. [Academic System and Enrollment Plan]

6. [Student status and certificates]
Senior public management talent training program is exempted from examination. Students can pass the annual professional degree joint examination within three years (including three years) of studying the course and pass the college at the same time. After comprehensive assessments such as organized written examinations and interviews, students with formal student status will be admitted.
For students with formal student status, the results of previously completed courses can be transferred to the Master of Public Administration student status. After completing the required credits and completing the thesis defense, they can obtain the Chongqing University Master of Public Administration certificate and graduate diploma.
Anyone who completes all subjects of Chongqing University’s Senior Public Management Talent Training Program and passes the exam will receive a certificate of completion from Chongqing University’s Senior Public Management Talent Training Program (stamped with the fresh seal and steel seal of Chongqing University).
7. [Charging Standards]
The two-year tuition fee for the Senior Public Management Talent Training Program is RMB, and the registration fee is RMB (including book fees). Please mark the remittance with the name of the public administration student of the School of Public Administration. It will no longer be processed after the course starts. Refund procedures. (Note: After students pass the national unified examination within three years and are admitted, they can pay the difference according to the tuition fee for that year, and the further training course results are valid for three years)
