Before normal use of Taiwan Yongsheng electric hoist, a static load test should be carried out at rated load, lifting about millimeters from the ground for minutes, to check whether it is normal.
The dynamic load test of Taiwan Yongsheng electric hoist is based on the rated load weight and repeated lifting and left-right movement tests. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connecting part are normal and reliable.
When using Taiwan Yongsheng electric hoist, it is absolutely prohibited to use it in an environment that is not allowed, or when the rated load and rated closing times per hour are exceeded.
During the installation, commissioning and maintenance of Taiwan Yongsheng electric hoist, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance from the hook shell to the drum shell must be greater than 1. When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the safety circle of the wire rope on the drum should be ensured. The effective safety circle must be above the circle.
