Seven kinds of r-film are provided according to the pressure level. Please choose the appropriate r-film. Note: means double-chip type, means single-chip type.

Cut two pieces of r film correctly (the film is in the black bag and the film is in the blue bag). With the rough sides of each film facing each other, insert the film where the pressure is to be measured. When pressure is applied, red areas appear on the film, and the color density changes with the pressure level. Take out the film and check the distribution of pressure. For more accurate pressure values, use a pressure analysis system.

Cut the r film in the black bag correctly and insert the film into the place where the pressure is to be measured. Pressure is applied and red areas appear on the film, with color density changing as the pressure level changes. Take out the film and check the distribution of pressure.

Working principle
Structure:
There are two kinds of r. The single-piece polyester sheet is basically coated with a color-producing substance and has microencapsulated color-producing substances on it. The double-piece type is composed of two polyester bases. One is coated with a layer of microencapsulated chromogenic substance, while the other is coated with a chromogenic substance. When using two films the coatings should face each other.
Working principle:
When pressure is applied, the microcapsule ruptures, the chromogenic substance and the chromogenic substance react with each other, and a red area appears on the film.
