Preparation before making pills and molding: After cooking the millet, use a standard sieve to remove larger particles and screen out smaller particles of uniform specifications. Sprinkle a layer of medicinal powder on the surface of the screened millet and shake the sieve to coat the surface of the millet with a layer of Chinese medicinal powder. At this point, the mold required for making water pills is formed.
Pour the mold into the drum of the water pill machine, turn on the machine, and make the mold make a circular motion in the drum. Use a long spoon to sprinkle Chinese medicine powder on both sides of the drum, and use a spray bottle to spray clean water at the bottom of the drum. Repeat this step to make the mold continue to grow until the water pellets of the required size are formed. Note: During the operation, you can use a long spoon to scoop out a few pills and observe whether the water pills have reached the required size.
Discharging: Use the plastic brush and shovel provided with the machine to extend into the drum. The water pills that are still moving in a circular motion will fall into the shovel and the pills can be taken out. Note: The machine cannot be stopped during the discharging process, otherwise the shape of the water pellets will be affected.
Polishing method: Put the screened water pellets into the drum and make the water pellets roll continuously. The longer the rolling time, the smoother the surface of the water pellets.
Drying method: During the polishing process of water pills, turn on the electric heating switch to dry the pills.
