Precautions
When working in a pickling tank, operators should pay attention to personal protection and add protective fences around the tank to ensure safety. If the skin or eyes are accidentally eroded, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If serious, send to hospital immediately for treatment. If the liquid in the tank is not used for a long time, the floating objects in the tank should be removed first and then pumped into a backup storage tank with an acid-resistant pump for later use. Finally, various impurities left in the tank must be removed.
