How to use
Stainless steel small parts can be soaked in containers and used in the original solution. The recommended soaking time is - minutes in summer and minutes in winter. Users can control the time according to the color level they need. (If the oxide layer is thick and there is a lot of dirt, the time can be extended appropriately). Just rinse it with clean water. For larger equipment, in order to ensure the quality of cleaning and passivation and save passivation materials, a pump can be used for cyclic spraying. Treat with shower method. (Note: The final water rinse must be clean and thorough to ensure that there is no residual pickling passivation solution). The surface of the treated stainless steel equipment will be as smooth as new and the original color of the stainless steel will be restored.
Scope of application
The tan color produced by high-temperature processing such as welding, hammering, and damage on stainless steel components such as petrochemical, marine pipelines, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, food, and Class I-III pressure vessels. The removal of oxides (rust) makes the silver bright and shiny, and at the same time forms an oxide film to achieve the purpose of passivation. It has the dual effects of pickling and passivation in one.
It is widely used in rust, welding spots, oil stains, etc. produced during the forming, assembly, and welding processes of 3 series austenitic stainless steel (, 3, etc.) and duplex stainless steel, , and , and other series of stainless steel workpieces. The black and yellow oxide scale is removed and the stainless steel workpiece is fully passivated at the same time, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel workpiece. It truly achieves the two-in-one effect of pickling and passivation.
Precautions
Cleaning tank: When the working tank is made of acid-resistant plastic tank, fiberglass tank, or mild steel, it needs to be lined with plastic.
Addition and maintenance of bath liquid: Regularly clean the debris and residues in the tank (to prevent debris and residues from reducing the concentration of the bath fluid). When the cleaning ability of the working fluid decreases, add new fluid to resume use.
Remove the sediment and floating matter from the waste liquid, then add new liquid to adjust it for continued use, or adjust the value, separate the sediment, and discharge the waste liquid according to environmental protection standards.
Wear rubber gloves, goggles and other protective equipment during operation. The skin must not come into contact with this product. If accidentally touched, rinse with water.
Storage and transportation
Please refer to/carry out when storing, loading and unloading stainless steel pickling passivation liquid. The maximum temperature should not exceed ℃. If stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed ℃. This product is highly acidic and corrosive, so please pay attention to safety during storage and transportation. Pay attention to antifreeze in winter.
