The rubber cooling machine is mainly used to cool and store the film, and transport the cooled film to Next workstation. Its cooling types can be divided into three types: air cooling, water cooling and air cooling according to the needs of the use environment.
The specifications of the cold glue machine in our factory are divided into two main types based on the film conveying type: hanging type (hanging rod type), flat steel mesh type (mesh belt type) and roller type.
This machine is suitable for cooling, laminating and collecting the film after mixing and plasticizing in the internal mixer and tableting by the open mill or twin-screw extrusion.
Structural features:
There are two structural forms: overhead and ground. The hanger rotates vertically and is forced air-cooled. The glue hanging rod is driven by a stepping cylinder or motor reducer. It mainly consists of two parts: the host computer and the electronic control system. The main machine is divided into joints, printing, longitudinal cutting device, isolation agent cooling, lifting device, hanging piece cooling, automatic glue placing device, weighing, railings, platform and support frame. The electronic control system consists of a main control box, and emergency control devices are installed at key locations.
Users can choose high or low configurations according to actual needs. The high-configuration film cooling line is equipped with a hydraulic automatic sheet stacking device, which can stack glue neatly, and automatically input and output the stacking tray with a neat rate. A three-station device, an automatic glue picking device, and an automatic cutting device can achieve unmanned operation and a high degree of automation.
