Operating procedures for using the marking machine
1. Confirm whether the machine is filled with gasoline, engine oil, and hydraulic oil.
2. Before starting the machine, open the backflow valve and adjust the pressure regulating valve to the lowest setting.
3. Adjust the gun to the desired height before turning it on.
4. Open the machine and go through it first with water or thinner.
5. After turning on the machine, exhaust the air first and apply a little pressure to hold the return pipe until the material is discharged.
6. After starting the machine and discharging materials, close the return valve and adjust the spraying completion and pressure.
7. After the work is completed, stop the machine, remove the pressure, replace with thinner or water, and repeat the previous steps to rinse the machine until it is rinsed clean.
8. Before shipping the machine, be sure to turn off the oil circuit switch to prevent oil from mixing with gasoline
