Precautions for operating the plastic dehydrator:

1. This dehydrator is only suitable for crushed granular materials or small flake materials. Do not put lumps, filaments or large objects into the machine to avoid jamming the machine.
2. Before putting in materials, the no-load period should be started for one minute. Only when no abnormalities are found can the materials be put in for dehydration.
3. If there is severe vibration or abnormal noise after starting up, you should stop it immediately or cut off the power supply. 4. The dehydrator should be maintained regularly, and the main shaft bearing, feed bearing, and reducer should be regularly filled with butter and engine oil. The dehydrator should be thoroughly inspected after half a year of use.
