Oil fume purifier cleaning
There are several reasons why the oil fume purifier cannot work properly.

Step 1
Turn off the power supply to discharge the charge
① Therefore, before performing equipment maintenance, be sure to turn off the main power supply switch external to the equipment. Never work with electricity on to ensure the safety of cleaning personnel.
②After opening the access door of the equipment, discharge the residual charge of the electric field before extracting the electric field.
③When users clean the electric field, they must clean the oil inside the chassis strictly on time to prevent the risk of fire.
Step 2
Make sure that the power supply has been disconnected and hold the end with your hands when the electric field is about to be extracted. (Pay attention to the electric field and handle it with care, do not squeeze or drop it heavily)

Disassemble the accessories for easy cleaning
Because wet insulators can easily cause leakage, so the insulators must be disassembled Next, separate the cathode needle and anode cylinder at the same time for further cleaning.
Inspection and Cleaning of Insulators
If the inspection finds that the insulator has burnt marks or cracks, it must be replaced. The oil on the insulator and insulating porcelain must be cleaned and kept dry. The cleaning method is as follows: spray alcohol on the insulator first, and then wipe it dry with a dry rag.

Assembly inspection and correction
① After the electric field is dry, check whether there is any debris in the honeycomb, keep it fresh to prevent short circuit, and check whether there are any dents on the outside of the anode cylinder. If you use debugging tools, slowly recover.
② Then assemble the clean cathode needle and anode cylinder, and carefully check the deviation of the cathode and anode.
③ If there is any deviation, the specific operation method: gently place the electric field assembly on a flat surface. Where, use a cathode deviation detector to detect the position of each cathode needle. If part of the cathode needle can be seen in the middle hole, it means that the position deviation of the needle is within the allowable range. Otherwise, use a cathode adjuster to calibrate the cathode needle to within the allowable range. Make sure there is no deviation in the position of each cathode needle before putting the electric field back into the device. There is a uniform mesh at the air inlet. If there is a lot of oil, it needs to be cleaned.
