Use of addition type silica gel:

Notes:
Platinum catalysts, water, impurities, organotin catalysts, acids, alkali and other organic substances containing sulfur and nitrogen can affect the curing of the glue. Do not mix or come into contact with these substances during use.
Characteristics of addition-type silica gel:

②Addition silicone has better fluidity, low viscosity and is easy to operate.
③The smaller the shrinkage rate of addition-type silica gel, the better.
④Additional silicone has better tensile strength.

⑥Additional silicone has higher hardness and is more suitable for large-scale products.
⑦ High temperature resistance, multiple mold turning times, the longer the service life, the better, acid and alkali resistance and aging resistance.
How to make addition type silica gel:
Use a container to mix the component and component B in equal proportions, stir thoroughly and set aside.
. Polish the master mold blank to make the lines clear and then use release agent to lubricate it.
The lubricated mother blank should be surrounded by wooden strips or wooden boards. The wooden strips or wooden boards should also be treated with release agent, leaving a gap in the middle.
. Slowly pour the prepared glue along a fixed pouring point, and shake it from time to time to eliminate the air inside.
After the minute glue is completely cured, surround it with wooden strips, leaving a gap, and remove the original wooden strips or wooden boards.
Mix the gypsum powder with water and then pour it into the wooden frame until it is full (the wooden frame should be divided into two parts with plastic sheets to facilitate mold removal).
After a few minutes, remove the wooden strips and the mold will be completed.
