Plating solution preparation method:
Add one-half of the water to the preparation tank. The content of water used for heating to -℃ should be less than mg/L. Add required
, stir to dissolve completely.
Add .g/L activated carbon, stir for more than an hour, then use a filter pump to filter the plating solution into a clean electroplating tank, and add water
to close to the water level.
Slowly add the required
while stirring vigorously to keep the temperature of the plating solution not exceeding ℃.
After cooling the plating solution to ℃, add or according to the content in the plating solution to make the content reach the standard value.
Finally, add the various additives mentioned above and conduct electrolysis with a current of
Ampere/square decimeter for about an hour, and then electroplating can begin.
