Process Features:
The alkaline weak corrosive of PRD aluminum alloy removes the oxide film and oil film on the surface of the workpiece to form a uniform sand surface, which is conducive to the formation of good bonding force in subsequent processes.
The corrosion rate is uniform and will not cause local erosion. It is suitable for weak corrosion of aluminum substrates.

Preparing the solution
:
When opening the cylinder, add the prepared solution/water into the tank.
Add the required amount of weak corrosive and stir to dissolve.
Add pure water to required volume.
