Type internal combustion tamping pick is a small track maintenance suitable for railway track bed maintenance. The machine is mainly used for tamping ballast and other granular materials on railway track beds.

.Check or tighten the bolts and threaded connections of all parts of the machine. They should be firmly connected.
.Mix gasoline and special lubricating oil for two-stroke Komatsu gasoline engines in a ratio of: and shake evenly.

After the gasoline engine is started, the starting handle should be slowly returned and the air door should be opened.
After the gasoline engine is started, it should be run at idle speed for 3 to 3 minutes to warm up the engine to lubricate all parts of the gasoline engine before it can work.

Note: Do not leave the tamping pick upside down (pick head facing up) for a long time.
Precautions
Please use special lubricating oil for two-stroke Komatsu gasoline engines, or the lubricating oil brand recommended by the company. It is best to use No. 3 gasoline when possible, or use oil according to the requirements of the gasoline engine instruction manual.
Please do not vibrate rigid objects or slab track beds, and try to avoid collision with concrete sleepers and rails. This machine is not suitable for tamping slab track beds.
When adding mixed gasoline, it must be in a shutdown state and away from fire sources.
When tamping, you can swing the machine left and right. Do not twist the handle or pry or turn the sleepers.
Please do not use it in the rain.
During use, if the threaded connection is found to be loose, please tighten it in time to avoid damage caused by continued use.
Please do not touch the exhaust pipe and high-pressure ignition device to avoid burns.
Please do not twist the screws painted with red paint on the carburetor. The screws not painted with red paint are the idle speed adjustment screw and the low speed adjustment screw, which can be adjusted as needed.
