Precision casting products

After casting, aluminum casting products undergo mechanical finishing: deburring, rounding corners, rust removal, scale removal, and improvement of surface stress. Then proceed to processing: improve mechanical properties, increase corrosion resistance, improve processing performance, and obtain dimensional stability. Finally, crawler shot peening or hook shot peening is performed to make the appearance of the precision casting product as beautiful as the interior. The aluminum box body adds an impregnation treatment process based on other aluminum casting production processes. This process can improve the density and corrosion resistance of the castings. After the casting is taken out of the cooling mold, there are gates, risers, metal burrs, caps and mold closing lines. The development trend of precision casting products is to require castings to have better comprehensive performance, higher precision, and less margin and a smoother surface. In addition, the requirements for energy conservation and society's call for restoring the natural environment are getting higher and higher. To meet these requirements, new casting alloys will be developed, and new smelting processes and new equipment will appear accordingly. While the degree of mechanization and automation of precision casting production is constantly improving, it will develop more towards flexible production to expand the adaptability to different batches and multi-variety production. New technologies that save energy and raw materials will be given priority, and new processes and equipment that produce less or no pollution will receive priority. Quality control technology will have new developments in the testing of various processes, non-destructive testing, and stress measurement.
