The burner is a dual-fuel high-intensity burner. Whether it is fuel oil, natural gas, propane, butane, artificial gas or other mixed fuels, the burner can operate at maximum efficiency. The high-speed fuel vortex generated by the burner ensures flame stability even if the fuel changes within a wide range. The burner can be operated with very low excess air for maximum thermal efficiency or with very large excess air to meet the heating needs of large volumes of process air. The intense and complete mixing of combustion air and gas combines to produce very low nitrogen oxides. The novel shear force design used in the oil gun atomizer and the sound energy generated by the vortex generator enable the fuel to be well atomized and ensure clean and smokeless combustion. The burner's combustion range is from hour to hour. Combustion air pressure requirements are very low for all sizes of burners as long as the fuel atomized gas can be steam air and any gaseous fuel.
