1. Overview
The outdoor electromagnetic lock is suitable for electrical locking of the outdoor isolation knife gate operating mechanism of substations with different voltage levels such as, , and 3. 2. Installation and debugging outdoor electromagnetic lock is mainly composed of three parts: lock head, installation bracket and lock plate. When installing, first connect the power cord of the lock head, then fix it with the bracket with screws, then install the lock plate on the connecting rod of the outdoor isolation knife gate operating mechanism, temporarily lock the lock bolt, and place it flat on the knife gate for operation On the cross arm of the mechanism, rotate the knife gate operating mechanism so that the lock bolt moves close to the edge of the lock plate without friction. Repeat several times to weld the installation bracket and the cross arm of the operating mechanism, and then align the opening of the lock plate. Lock the lock bolt and keep it synchronized with the knife gate operating mechanism, and the installation is completed.
3. Use and troubleshooting
Opening and closing operation: When the outdoor knife gate needs to be opened and closed, after the outdoor electromagnetic lock is powered on, press the power button of the lock, the electromagnetic lock electromagnetic mechanism will attract, and pull the lock tongue ring. Make it temporarily locked, then you can open and close the outdoor knife gate. After the operation is in place, pull out the temporary lock pin, the lock bolt will be locked when it pops up, and the opening and closing operation is completed.
Unlocking operation In case of abnormal operation or power and circuit failure, the unlocking key can be used to emergency unlock and perform opening and closing operations.
4. Maintenance and Repair
Since outdoor electromagnetic locks have been exposed to the sun, rain, and wind and dust for a long time, dirt will be produced on the lock bolt. During normal operation, the lock bolt is difficult to pull. At this time, the dirt needs to be removed and lubricated appropriately. Perform maintenance. When power is applied to confirm that the lock has been reached, press the power button and the electromagnetic lock does not close. First check whether the wire is open. If there is no open circuit, remove the cover plate on the lock, replace the electromagnetic lock wire package, and then seal it. Just carry out waterproofing treatment.
