Product Overview and Application:
R is a highly efficient scale inhibitor specially developed for low flow reverse osmosis (R) systems. This product is particularly suitable for systems with water production of less than 3/day or smaller. The concentration of this product is lower than R, so small R systems can easily use stock solution dosing. The formation of dirt and scale on the reverse osmosis membrane can deteriorate the performance of the water treatment system and require premature replacement of the reverse osmosis membrane. Dirt and sediment accumulated on the reverse osmosis membrane will cause deterioration of permeability, reduced permeability, frequent shutdowns, increased water consumption and increased energy consumption.

Regulatory status:< br/> This product has been added with pure R using a closed feeding system to avoid contamination by foreign impurities (a closed feeding system means that the fluid flows directly from a closed storage container into the treatment medium , not exposed to the atmosphere, but the usual exhaust or pressure safety devices are still open to the atmosphere).

R must be added continuously, which can greatly reduce scaling of reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membrane systems. It is recommended to operate at the highest frequency of the metering pump and adjust the dose by adjusting the stroke of the pump to effectively protect the membrane system. The dosing point should be small enough to ensure complete mixing of the chemicals and should be as close to the R membrane as possible. Normally, the dosing point is chosen to be added at the security filter inlet.
