The total construction area of property management is 100 million square meters, and the property management area has increased by an average of 10000 square meters per year in recent years. Jinan's property management is still focused on improving quality and exploring service highlights. When the rigid quality of buildings develops to a certain level and becomes homogeneous, it will undoubtedly focus on soft service functions, emphasize individual differences, and increase the added value of properties. It is another development trend of major real estate projects nowadays. A property management veteran believes that a large number of innovative service models are currently changing the way traditional property services operate. Real estate companies are beginning to re-examine the value of properties and exploring the real estate back-end market will become an important profit growth point for the industry in the future.
