Tianjin’s innovative property management model significantly increases property fee collection rate

Most of the tens of thousands of yuan in property fees collected were paid by the owners on their own initiative. Wang Jian, head of China Railway Construction Property Management Tianjin Branch, told reporters that collecting property fees is no longer a problem for the company.
The property fee collection rate is low mainly because the property management service does not satisfy the owners. Wang Jian said that in this case, give owners more reasons to pay property fees. By adding more services, such as organizing regular community activities and providing residents with more free services outside the contract, the company has gradually narrowed the distance with the owners, and the owners have begun to recognize our services.
Kaili Tianxiang Homes in Nankai District was once criticized for its chaotic management. Nowadays, the environment here is clean and tidy, and the parking is standardized and orderly, making people feel comfortable living here. Hou Peng, a resident of Kaili Tianxiang Homes, said with emotion that after Tianbao entered the community, he did not rush to collect property fees, but first did a general cleaning of the community. Then they renovated the small square, rezoned the parking spaces, and installed an hourly video surveillance system. Without natural protection, I really don’t know what the community would have turned into.
The caring and warm service of the property management company has earned high recognition and approval from residents.
