一、 特点
脱水剂由有机活性剂、水溶性高分子聚合物等材料组成，适用于金属镀层干燥前使用，能迅速去除金属表面的水份，改善工件在干燥时形成的水渍，有效地保护延长金属表面在空气中的氧化变色，不会影响金属表面的光泽及物理性质，获得理想的干燥效果，本品无毒、不燃、不爆是表面处理防护的环保理想材料。
二、 溶液组成及操作条件
高效脱水剂 20-30ml/L
浸渍温度 常温-80℃ 最佳：50℃
浸渍时间 10-60秒
干 燥 自干或烘干
工艺流程 化学镀镍工件----水洗-----钝化----水洗-----浸脱水剂----取出空气中停留（5-10S）-----水洗-----干燥
三、 使用方法
1、脱水剂在搅拌下加入计算量的纯水中。
2、将或钝化好的工件在纯水中清洗干净后，浸入脱水液中10-60秒，取出后在空气中停留 5-10秒再用纯水浸10秒，用离心机甩干后烘干即可（温度不可超过100℃）。
3、工件只需要一般脱水干燥，可取配比下限，可常温操作，时间可短至10秒。
4、工件需要提高防护作用（如防锌泛白点，防镍生锈，防铜变色等方面） 需要取配比上限，加温至60℃左右，时间1-3分钟。
5、在使用过程中溶液变浑不影响效果，经长时间使用，溶液效力减退，此情况下需要更换溶液
