问题叙述
进水的高盐份及铁化合物所产生的无机物沉淀是造成膜分离系统中结垢污染的主要原因，必须控制此现象来防止反渗透膜表面沉积产生并避免升高的压力差而导致反渗透膜表面损伤。强力保护避免沉积Hypersperse MDC151 可适用于不同水源， Argo Scientific Hypersperse 产品结合了有机磷酸盐
(phosphonate) 及分散性高分子聚合物来防止硬度及氧化铁沉积。
处理及添加的要求
加药点：为了达到最大效能 HypersperseMDC151 最好在混合器或保安过滤器之前添加。
请询问当地的 Argo Scientific 业务代表，针对您特定系统条件来决定加药点及加药量，在某些系统中，特定的加药点及注入设备是必须的。
加药量：所需要的加药量需根据个别装置操作条件确定，要根据进水盐度、温度、回收率、反渗透膜种类等条件而计算出一个合适的加药量。
稀释： Hypersperse MDC151可以直接加入或稀释使用。稀释要使用RO产水或脱盐水，在常温下稀释倍数不超过10.
