飞鸿机械的沙子烘干机特点：
1.干燥工艺先进——采用高温快速烘干新工艺，多环滚筒套装新结构，干燥强度大，物料在沙子烘干机内停留时间长，比同体积的单筒式干燥器产量大大增加。

沙子烘干机的工艺流程：
1.进湿沙。
2.湿沙进入圆盘机进行一次均匀给料输送。
3.进入皮带输送，大量供应湿沙，进入烘干阶段。
4.湿沙进入烘干机主机，烘干机主机由沙子烘干专用热风炉吹进纯净热风。
5.烘干机主机技术先进，一筒进料，二筒回料，三筒出料，技术核心所在。
6.均匀的流出干沙。
沙子烘干机原理：
湿沙子先进入第一筒内烘干（一筒），由第一个筒甩进第二个筒进行二次烘干机（二筒），再由第二个筒甩进第三个筒进行高强度烘干机（三筒），之后干沙子流出。成品干沙的含水量在约0.3％，能满足所有用沙条件。
