Cleaning Guide:
Check the cleaning tank lines and security filters and drain the reverse osmosis system as much as possible.
Fill the entire cleaning tank with demineralized or permeated water. Add gallons (liters) per four inches of component Add gallons (liters) per inch of component.
Add the solution slowly into the cleaning tank per gallon of water (or g/L).
Heating the cleaning solution can improve cleaning efficiency (do not exceed).
Open the concentrate valve to allow the solution to pass through the diaphragm tank at the flow rate and water inlet direction recommended by the membrane or system supplier. If the data recommended by the supplier cannot be used, the guidance parameters in the table below can be used.
Circulate the solution from the same direction as the incoming water for hours at the flow rate recommended by the membrane manufacturer or system manufacturer. The following guidelines can be used as a reference if not recommended by the manufacturer.

Also soak for a few minutes.
If the cleaning solution becomes cloudy or discolored, it needs to be replaced with fresh solution. This solution should be prepared before additional cleaning processes.
The waste liquid is used to clean the reverse osmosis system.
Keep the return concentrated water valve in working condition and run the reverse osmosis system until the permeate returns to quality and then drained.
