How to install and debug the round bar single-head chamfering machine:
The machine tool must be placed on the level ground and fixed on the ground with bolts according to the four screw holes of the machine base to correct the level.
Place the pipe to be processed into the clamping mold. The end face of the pipe will move backwards from the front positioning plate.
Without starting the motor, manually chamfer the handle to move the pipe forward. Visually check the end point of the forward movement at this time. The internal and external chamfering blades should touch the pipe and the end face knife should be about 1/2" away from the end face of the pipe. At the same time, the travel switch is just turned on. If there is any deviation, the front positioning, blade and travel switch adjustment screws can be adjusted to the appropriate position.
