3. Labor Contract

5. Wages
We will pay wages in full and on time in strict accordance with the established wages.
6. Resignation
During the probation period, employees should apply for timely replacement by our company three days in advance. After becoming a regular employee, employees must apply one month in advance before we recruit new employees before they can leave. Ensure that there are no vacant positions.
7. Return
During the probation period, you may decide to return the employee based on whether he or she adapts to the job requirements. After an employee becomes a regular employee, he or she must be dismissed for violations of labor discipline and other violations in accordance with legal requirements. If the employee does not meet the return requirements but the employee does not meet the job requirements, in order to ensure that the personnel in the position meet the standards, the employee can be returned with corresponding financial compensation in accordance with national regulations.
8. Management
