The vibrating platform should not be operated without load for a long time. During production operations, firm and reliable formwork locking fixtures must be installed to ensure that the formwork and concrete table vibrate together.
. The gears in the gear box should be well lubricated and cooled due to high speed and heavy load. The oil level in the box should be maintained at the specified level and the temperature rise should not exceed when working.
All bearings of the vibration table should be checked regularly. And regularly remove and clean the grease and replace the grease to ensure that the bearings are well lubricated. Pay attention to check the temperature rise of the bearings. If there is overheating, try to eliminate it immediately.
The motor grounding should be good and reliable. The power cord and wire connectors should be well insulated. There must be no damage or leakage.
The vibrating table surface should always be kept clean and flat to ensure good contact with the steel mold. Because the tabletop vibrates under high-frequency heavy loads and is prone to cracks, attention must be paid to inspections and timely repairs. It should be cleaned promptly after each shift.
