Installation of roller steamed bun machine:
The installation of the machine requires a dry and stable site, leaving appropriate space around for easy operation. An electrician should be asked to install the external power supply and reliably ground the machine to ensure safe wiring. The motor's steering direction is consistent with the direction of the large pulley (marked by the arrow). If the direction is found to be opposite, stop immediately and exchange the two-phase positions of the input power cord.
Instructions for use:
. For the no-load test machine, first turn the large pulley by hand to observe whether each operating part is flexible, then turn on the power switch and run it for a few minutes without load to see if there are any abnormal sounds. If everything is normal, start normal load operation.
.Add flour and an appropriate amount of alkali and water to the fermented dough, mix it evenly with the dough mixer, and then put it into the dough hopper for normal operation. Under normal circumstances, the ratio of flour to water in the dough is ::-. It is advisable not to make the dough too soft, which will affect the shaping of the steamed buns. (The specific proportion depends on the actual situation)
. Before using the machine, adjust the adjusting handwheel to the maximum and then gradually adjust it according to the required size of the steamed bun embryo. (Adjust the hand wheel in the clockwise direction to reduce the amount and the counterclockwise direction is the maximum)
. After turning on the machine, supply the cut dough to the forming part continuously and evenly to ensure the quality of the steamed bun embryo.
. During startup, make sure there is enough flour in the dough sieve box to prevent the dough from sticking to the cutter forming shaft and affecting the formation of the steamed bun embryo.
.If small tails appear at both ends of the formed steamed bun embryo, adjustments can be made. Adjustment method: Loosen the gear nut, remove the gear, and turn the gear forward or backward until you are satisfied.
