Sulfur cement is a kind of thermoplastic cold-hardening material, which contains binder, sulfur toughening agent and filler, and is melted and stirred in a certain proportion. Usage: Bonding of cement prefabricated piles in foundation projects (for piling and static pile pressing), bolt bonding of cement rail pads on train tracks, bonding of dock foundations, bonding of bridge foundations.
The pile connection methods include steel plate angle steel welding, flange plate and bolt connection, sulfur cement anchoring and mechanical connection (such as inserting wedge pin connection), etc. Flange pile connection obviously achieves pile docking through bolts on the flange plate, while sulfur cement anchorage achieves pile connection through bonding like glue.
