Vibrating hammer for inserting and driving steel pipe piles uses the principle of vibrating immersed pipes. When the vibrating hammer is powered on, its body The high-speed operation of the eccentric heavy wheel generates high-frequency vibration and excitation force. The high-frequency vibration force is transmitted to the steel pipe through the hydraulic clamp, and then acts on the contact formation through the steel pipe. The formation is liquefied under the action of the extrusion vibration force, creating a contact surface. The vibrating hammer clamps the steel pipe through hydraulic clamps and sinks into the ground along the contact surface until the steel pipe is sunk to the designed load-bearing depth.
