This sound radiates outward along the lining plate, cylinder wall, and inlet and outlet, including: the impact sound between steel balls, steel balls and lining steel plates, and the impact sound and friction sound of materials. Others include the noise caused by the vibration of the transmission mechanism (reduction box and motor) when the equipment is running.
.>) The size of the ball mill noise is related to the diameter and speed of the ball mill as well as the nature and lumpiness of the material.
.>) The noise of the ball mill is basically a steady-state noise with a wide frequency band and low sound energy. The sound energy of the medium and high frequency components is very high. The larger the diameter, the stronger the low frequency component.
.>The following five basic measures are taken to control the noise of ball mills:
.>Increase the sound insulation cover. A steel structure skeleton is used, a thin steel plate is used as the outer shell, a damping layer is applied, and ultra-fine glass wool or other sound-absorbing materials are filled to seal the entire ball mill. Since the ball mill generates a large amount of heat during operation, attention must be paid to heat dissipation within the cover and to facilitate equipment maintenance.
.>Replacing the manganese steel lining with a rubber lining can reduce the noise level and the spectrum characteristics also change from high frequency to low frequency.
.>Set the elastic layer. A heat-resistant soft rubber pad is laid between the inner surface of the ball mill drum and the lining plate. In order to prevent the soft rubber pad from overheating, industrial felt with a thickness of 1 is laid between the ball mill lining plate and the soft rubber pad, which can reduce the noise of the ball mill to the allowable standard. the following.
.>Wrap the drum wall with a sound insulation layer. The ball mill drum wall is wrapped with a thick layer of industrial felt and a thick steel plate is used as a protective surface.
