The sulfur dioxide test equipment uses sulfur dioxide gas to accelerate corrosion of materials or products under a certain temperature and relative humidity environment to reproduce the degree of damage suffered by the material or product within a certain time range. The box heats up quickly and the temperature and humidity are evenly distributed. The sample rack is designed according to national standards and can also be hooked. After the sulfur dioxide gas comes out of the cylinder, it is decompressed and then measured to the required volume through a special sulfur dioxide metering barrel. Then it enters the split pipe at the bottom of the box and mixes evenly with the humid air in the box to gradually corrode the sample.

The sulfur dioxide gas is decompressed by a special pressure reducing valve for sulfur dioxide. After the gas transmission valve is opened, the gas enters the equipment through a corrosion-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene pipe. The special sulfur dioxide metering cylinder measures the liter/liter of gas, and then the measured gas is input into the box by opening another valve. After the body is properly guided and spreads evenly, it is simple to test the product. The measurement range is accurate after calibration.
