.>Ball mill is the key equipment for pulverizing materials after they are crushed. Ball mill is one of the high-fine grinding machines widely used in industrial production. Ball mill is suitable for grinding various ores and other materials and is widely used in mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries. It can be divided into two grinding methods: dry and wet. According to the different ways of discharging ore, it can be divided into two types: grid type and overflow type.
.>Installation and test run
.>After the installation of the ball mill is completed and the ball mill passes the inspection, it can be put into empty trial operation. The trial operation of the ball mill should be carried out by a skilled ball mill operator and strict compliance with the ball mill safety operating procedures.
.> (1) The continuous operation time of dry operation shall not be less than - hours. Problems found during operation shall be solved in time.
.> (2) If the dry running test machine is normal, load test running can be carried out. Load test operation should be carried out in stages. During load operation, feeding should be carried out according to the discharge situation to avoid unnecessary wear and damage of steel balls and cylinder lining plates.
.>, add appropriate materials and/or quantity of steel balls (refer to the general diagram of the ball mill for the maximum ball loading amount) and test run for one hour.

.> According to the discharge situation of the ball mill, the output of qualified products is determined with reference to the actual ball loading of ball mills in similar concentrators to determine the reasonable ball loading of this ball mill and conduct a trial run of less than an hour.
.> (3) The above-mentioned increase in load and length of trial operation time are determined based on the running-in conditions (temperature rise, noise, tooth surface contact, etc.) of the large and small gears and the reducer gears. It must not be operated at full load until the tooth surface contact accuracy does not meet the design requirements.
.> (4) The cooling and lubrication systems should work normally during the trial operation. The main bearing, transmission bearing and reducer temperatures should be normal.
.> (5) Test run after loading/amount of steel balls - all bolts should be checked and tightened again after 1 hour.
.> (6) All records must be carefully kept during the trial operation.
