Working principle:
.>The coal grinding ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device with two chambers and a lattice ball mill driven by outer gears. The material enters the first chamber of the mill evenly and spirally from the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. The chamber has stepped linings or corrugated linings and is filled with steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force, which brings the steel balls to a certain height and then falls to the opposite side. The material has a pounding and grinding effect. After the material reaches coarse grinding in the first chamber, it enters the second chamber through the single-layer partition board. This chamber is equipped with a flat liner and has steel balls inside to further grind the material. The powdery material is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
