The working principle of the wet spray paint room product:
When spraying, the air supply fan and exhaust fan are started at the same time. Fresh outdoor air enters the air supply unit from the air inlet through the air inlet filter, and then the air supply unit sends the processed air flow into The static pressure chamber at the top of the spray booth. The filter cotton at the bottom of the static pressure chamber performs pressure equalization and filtration on the airflow and then enters the spray booth in a laminar flow manner to form a top-down breeze airflow around the workpiece and operators (the average indoor no-load wind speed is .~.m/s) so that the remaining paint mist generated during spray painting will flow down with the airflow and will not disperse to the surroundings to protect the operator's labor safety. Under the action of the orderly air flow, the air containing paint mist is pressed into the water cyclone spray chamber. The water is atomized under the impact of high-speed air flow and fully mixed with the paint mist, so that the paint mist is attracted to the water and is carried away by the water. The air is then separated from air and water, and the clean air is sent into the atmosphere through the exhaust unit. The water containing paint mist flows into the water tank and is condensed and purified (special coagulant is regularly added to the water), and then sent to the spray paint room by a circulating pump for recycling and floating. The paint slag is regularly fished out and then buried or incinerated.
