Call Hold, Automatic Callback
The other party in the call can be set to be on hold. If the reserved device exceeds the set hold time, it will automatically call back the phone. The retention time can be set to unlimited length.
Call Transfer
You can transfer the other party's device (internal or external) during the call to the specified extension. For example, press the transfer key and then dial the extension number or the extension D key.
Redial
It can redial the last outside number or dial the number of incoming and outgoing call records.
Direct selection key (D) to pick up extensions and outside lines
Directly press the D key of the device that is calling (internal/outside line) to pick up the device. If you press the D key of the ringing extension, you can talk to that extension.
Reserved Retrieval
Retrieve the reserved inside line or outside line. If you directly press the D key of the internal/external line, you can talk to the extension or external line on hold.
Transfer and recall
After the transfer is successful, press the transfer key while not hanging up to recall the transferred extension.

Automatic answering

Independent memory adjustment for ring, handle, and hands-free volume is adjusted to four levels.
Incoming and outgoing call record query and outgoing call
You can query the incoming and outgoing call number records and choose to dial this number immediately.
Day and night service switching
Press the transfer key when the phone is idle to manually switch the day and night service mode of the current system (only for port extensions).
