单轴粉尘加湿机主要用于各类灰库干灰进行喷水加湿搅拌及输送粉状，以达到环保外运的要求。广泛应用于化工、矿山、电厂、钢厂等含固体颗粒物料的加湿、搅拌和输送。

　　单轴粉尘加湿机由均匀供料、叶片输料、混合击打加湿，振动系统等四部分组成，并配以专用电控和供水系统。该设备整体固定在底座上，筒体由四组弹性元件支撑，通过激振装置，施以震动，使整机在运转过程中，筒体作高频振动，使筒壁与搅拌轴之间始终保持一定的间隙，使整机运转阻力大幅度减小，彻底杜绝了闷机，堵转现象，减小停机清理时间，提高了工作效率。供水由阀门组进行控制。为稳定本系统供水及清洁水质，管路中设置了过滤器，并由主控柜对加湿机各部分进行联锁控制，以达到控制供水恒湿运行的目的。

单轴粉尘加湿机具有处理量大、结构紧凑、技术先进、稳定可靠、维修简单等特点。
