- This product should first be made into a water emulsion before use to ensure uniform and excellent contact between the fungicide and the leather surface, allowing the fungicide to further penetrate into various organic substances. A satisfactory aqueous emulsion is usually made by mixing this product with at least one part of water under good stirring. The correct way to prepare it is by adding this product to the water. (Note: Never add water to this product.) Since the water emulsion at this time is only stable for a short time, it is recommended to prepare the emulsion before adding the fungicide to the tanning solution and add the emulsion to the tanning system immediately. It should be placed for as short a time as possible.
- The exact amount used depends on the following factors: the relative fat content of the leather, its thickness or density, further rinsing, neutralization, use of chemical fixatives, and the degree of mildew protection required under specialized storage conditions. Generally, if the fat content of the skin is high and the skin is thick, a higher content of this product needs to be added.
