IV. Method of use
Determine the installation location and method of lamps and ballast boxes according to the actual needs of the work site , and then prepare a three-core cable of corresponding length according to the distance from the ballast box to the power contact.
Open the end cover of the ballast box, loosen the compression nut of the cable introduction port of the ballast box, and introduce the lamp cable and power cable through the compression nut to the terminals inside the ballast box. , connect the cables according to the markings in the box, then tighten the cable compression nut and close the ballast box cover.
Connect the other end of the ballast box input cable to the power supply according to the explosion-proof requirements to illuminate.
Loosen the screw at the bottom of the lamp head holder, and you can rotate the lamp holder left and right to adjust the lighting direction. Loosen the screws on the side of the lamp holder, you can adjust the lamp head up and down to select the lighting angle, and then tighten the screws to fix it.
When replacing the light bulb, use an Allen wrench to loosen the connecting bolts between the back case and the front case, and unscrew the back case with even force. Uneven force may cause the back case to get stuck. After replacing the new bulb, pay attention to insert the rear shell into the front shell with even force and push it in slowly.
5. Precautions

When replacing the light bulb or wiping the glass, the power to the lamp must be cut off and the lamp must be cooled down before proceeding.
When in use,
there will be a certain temperature rise on the surface. This is a normal phenomenon and the center temperature of the transparent parts is relatively high and should not be touched.
After the lamp is cut off during use, the bulb cannot start when it is turned on immediately. This is a normal phenomenon. Wait for the bulb to cool down for ~ minutes and then start it again to normal lighting. Try to avoid hot start to avoid damaging the bulb.

The power must be cut off before replacing the bulb or disassembling the lamp.
