IV. How to use
Determine the lamps and fixtures according to the actual needs of the work site According to the installation position and method of the ballast box, prepare a three-core cable of corresponding length according to the distance from the ballast box to the power contact.
Open the end cover of the ballast box and loosen the compression nut of the cable introduction port of the ballast box. Pass the lamp cable and power cable through the compression nut respectively and introduce them to the terminals inside the ballast box. Press the box Connect the cable with the inner mark, then tighten the cable compression nut and cover the ballast box cover.
Connect the other end of the ballast box input cable to the power supply according to the explosion-proof requirements to illuminate.
Loosen the screw at the bottom of the lamp head bracket to rotate the lamp bracket left and right to adjust the lighting direction. Loosen the screws on the side of the lamp bracket to adjust the lamp head up and down to select the lighting angle, and then tighten the screws to fix it.
When replacing the light bulb, use an Allen wrench to loosen the connecting bolts between the back case and the front case. Unscrew the back case with even force. Uneven force may cause the back case to get stuck. After replacing the new bulb, pay attention to insert the rear shell into the front shell with even force and push it in slowly.

When replacing the light bulb or wiping the glass, the power to the lamp must be cut off and the lamp must be cooled down before proceeding.
During use
It is normal for the surface to have a certain temperature rise. The center temperature of transparent parts is higher and should not be touched.
When the lamp is turned off and turned on immediately during use, the bulb cannot start. This is a normal phenomenon. Wait for the bulb to cool down for ~ minutes and then start it again. Normal lighting should be avoided. Hot start should be avoided as much as possible to avoid damage to the bulb.
