2. The mixing ratio of steel glue
The adhesive is prepared according to a certain proportion (weight ratio of main agent and curing agent). Uniformly, the dosage is determined according to the actual temperature on site, and the use time is strictly controlled. The prepared rubber must be completed within minutes.
3. Instructions for use
Remove the floating ash, dust, oil stains and dirt on the old concrete surface. If there are honeycombs and cracks on the surface, they should be repaired and the bonding surface to the steel plate should be leveled. Carry out smoothing and rust removal treatment.
When preparing the glue, strictly follow the proportions of the components, stir thoroughly and evenly, and there should be no precipitated color difference. The container should be clean, and there should be no dust, moisture and oil stains mixed in. Mechanical stirring must be used to ensure that the components are properly mixed. Mix evenly
and apply the prepared glue on the treated concrete and steel plate surfaces with a spatula at the same time (when applying glue, the horizontal paste should be thick in the middle and thin on the edges, and the vertical paste should be thick at the top and thin at the bottom, and there should be no (missing smear), then stick the steel plate to the predetermined position, and tap gently along the pasting surface with a hammer.
