Product Details
The knowledge on lubrication management of cranes comes from the Crane Network. Like other machines, the normal operation of the crane must rely on sufficient lubrication. If the lubricating oil fails, the crane will immediately begin to wear! Therefore, accurate lubrication is crucial to the crane. Different parts of the crane need lubrication. According to different working parts, the lubrication condition of each lubricating part should be checked every month, and the oil should be refueled or replaced. For cranes that are frequently used and work in harsh environments, the length of time should be shortened as appropriate. Refueling cycle to ensure that each organization operates under good lubrication conditions.
Lubricating parts
Reducers, open gears, wheel bearing boxes, rail derailers, motor bearings, brake contacts and hydraulic cylinders of shaft bolt hydraulic pushers of various structures of heavy machinery. Note that the oil cup lubrication points are all marked in red.
Let’s discuss each lubricating part in detail
Select lubricating oil according to the instructions, and do not mix oils from different brands.
Reducer The reducer is often lubricated by an oil pool. Medium load gear oil or No. 1 gear oil is used in summer, and medium load gear oil or No. 1 gear oil is used in winter.
The hydraulic brake actuator uses No. 1 transformer oil in summer and No. 1 aviation oil or surface oil in winter.
The lubrication of the steel wire rope is composed of graphite calcium-based grease or other steel wire rope grease. Coat the grease on the steel wire rope. Pay attention to allowing the oil to penetrate into the interior of the steel wire rope as much as possible during the coating process.
Lithium-based lubricating grease is used for bearings, gear couplings and open gears in various parts. Use it in summer and winter.
For nodes and bolts with slight relative motion, use calcium-based or lithium-based grease or No. 1 engine oil.
Notes
The amount of lubricating oil added to the reducer is based on the upper and lower limits of the oil probe or oil mark. Do not exceed the upper limit. Excessive oiling will cause oil leakage.
Lubricating oil should always be kept clean, and replacement of lubricating oil should be strictly filtered. If grease is used, remove the previously used grease.
Clean oil pipelines frequently to keep oil lines accessible in all directions.
Oils of different types and brands must not be mixed.
The lubricating oils and greases listed in Article 1 are recommended types. Customers can choose lubricating oils and greases that are more suitable for different occasions based on their use experience and relevant lubricating oil materials. When selecting, pay attention to the working conditions, load, temperature, dirt, etc. If there is water, avoid using sodium-based grease.
Lubrication protection of important parts
Reducer
The reducer should always check the amount of lubricating oil through the oil probe or oil sight cap, replenish the lubricating oil in time, and replace the lubricating oil at least once every six months.
Oil leakage protection of the speed reducer
The internal pressure increases when the speed reducer is operating, so oil leakage and oil leakage are common equipment failures. The usual solution is
Including lubricating oilcloth should exceed The upper limit scale value of the oil probe or oil mark.
The ventilation holes of the reducer should be kept in all directions.
When unpacking and inspecting, the remaining sealant on the static closing surface of the reducer should be cleaned, and new sealant (polymer liquid sealant is recommended) should be evenly applied. After a small amount of glue polymerizes, seal the box and tighten the bolts.
If the moving surface sealing ring is aged, deformed or worn, it should be replaced in time.
Protective pressure pushers of hydraulic pushers
There are single pushrods and double pushrods.
Recommended operating oil for hydraulic thrusters
When the ambient temperature is ℃, use transformer oil.
When the ambient temperature is ℃, use aviation hydraulic oil.
Oil filling steps
Open the oil filling plug, slowly fill in the working oil to the specified oil level, tighten the oil filling plug, pull the push rod up and down several times to remove the air in the cylinder, and write the work again Oil to the regular oil level and tighten the oil filling plug.
When replacing the operating oil
Check the operating oil level and replenish the operating oil in time. After the ambient temperature changes, replace the operating oil of the appropriate brand promptly. For hydraulic brakes in open-air operations, special attention should be paid to replacing the new oil in a timely manner according to seasonal changes. , when replacing the oil, you should first remove the hydraulic pusher from the brake frame, unscrew the oil filling screw plug, invert the pusher, clean out the original operating oil, and refill the operating oil according to the oil filling steps.
When using hydraulic oil, you should pay attention to the following questions: whether the oil temperature is normal, whether water or impurities are brought in, and whether there is foam. If there is too much foam, investigate the cause.
