The specifications of mobile pulse dust collectors can be divided into two types: standard type with ash hopper and open flange type (no ash hopper) type B. Its structure is mainly composed of filter chamber, filter air chamber, dust collection ash hopper, dust discharge valve, pulse injection device, electric control box, etc. The boxes are all made of welded structure, and the access door is sealed with latex strips to ensure that the dust collector is tight and does not leak.



The working principle of the mobile pulse dust collector is as follows: the dust-containing gas enters the filter chamber from the dust collection hopper (or the lower open flange), and the coarser particles Directly falls into the ash hopper or silo, the dust-containing gas is filtered by the filter, and the dust is retained on the surface of the filter. The purified gas is discharged to the clean air chamber through the filter, and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the filter surface continues to increase, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value, the time relay (or micro-differential pressure controller) outputs a signal, and the programmable controller starts to work, opening the pulse valves one by one, allowing the compressed air to pass through the nozzle to the filter. Injection cleaning is carried out to cause the gas to suddenly expand. Under the action of the reverse air flow, the dust on the surface of the filter quickly breaks away and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin). The dust is discharged from the ash discharge valve. After all filters have been blown and cleaned, the dust collector resumes normal operation.
