2. Working principle and main structure
Turntable structure The turntable is the main execution part of the machine. It consists of upper and lower bearing assemblies, spindle, turntable and other main parts. The main shaft is supported on the bearing and is driven by a worm gear pair and spline connection to drive the main shaft and make the turntable rotate.
The track of the track mechanism has a cylindrical cam and a plane cam composed of an upper track and a lower track, which are the movement trajectories of the upper and lower punch rods.
